Don’t Trash That Broken Ornament! Try These Creative Ways to Upcycle with Unlit Artificial Christmas Trees

When you break an ornament, depending upon the type of ornament it is, you may find that the shards go everywhere. If this was ceramic or glass, then it may be broken into a few pieces that you have to pick up. Instead of just tossing this, put this into a small container. Then smash this even further! Yes, we do mean to completely smash this into small pieces that are almost like glitter. This is where you will be upcycling the broken item for those bland ones.

Now, once you have this broken ornament smashed to pieces, then you are going to use this to help your bland ornaments. Get some glue, whether this is hot glue, regular glue or the like, then use these broken ornaments as glitter to decorate the bland ornaments. You can either write a name on the ornament or even put a design on the bland ornaments with these broken pieces.

It is a simple way to make use of everything that you have on hand and to help your more normal ornaments to stand out a bit more before hanging these on your tree.
