Making Your Own Reindeer Food: Tips and Tricks

Another idea is to create reindeer food for the reindeer that Santa is using on Christmas Eve. We have all heard about leaving cookies and milk for Santa, but this can be a fun thing for the kids to do, that they can actually sneak a few tastes of what is a decent snack to give the kids.

You will need:

  • Porridge oats 150 g
  • Jumbo oats 150 g
  • Mixed nuts 50 g
  • Pumpkin seeds 25g
  • Sunflower seeds 25g
  • Brown sugar 50g
  • Sunflower oil 4 Tbsp
  • Golden syrup 2 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon ½ tsp
  • Chopped cherries 100g
  • Sultanas 100 g
  • Chopped figs 100g
  • Chopped apricots 100g
  • However much you want of chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, sprinkles, etc.

Mix all the ingredients and then bake it for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
